    My pen stoped working after just 4 Times i used it
    When i put it ij any mode (abs /pla ) the led starts glowing red green both
    And it has stoped working totally
    Kindly replace my pen

    My pen start making a weird gear noise after just a few times of using it... and the filament doesn't stop of going out from time to time.. it's not a really long life for a product..

    Just took the Pen out of the box, within 10 mins of use, not continuous, the pen began to make grinding noises?

    I bought a lix pen in february 2017 and he wasn't working well. I sent it for repair in Belgium as you asked me.
    A few time after he was sent back to us the lix pen was not working again. When we put the filament in it's grasped but then the lix pen is doing "brrr, brrr, brrr...." and the filament is not going on in the pen.
    We choose lix pen because it's seems to us good quality but since we have it, he has never worked well even after being sent in the repair center in Belgium... I wrote to your suuport adress but I have no answer...
